Does your shin pain due to a lot of dancing? - shin pain

This could go in the category of health, but I think this is the first dance:)

Does your leg pain due to dance? We have tested recently with a large dance for our next show, and my legs are literally talking to me for a few days.

What to do in this situation? At rest, it is not possible, as much practice. Any quick solution?
