What are things that people with high blood pressure & high cholesterol should eat? - high blood pressure condition_symptoms

My mother was very ill, blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Doctors told him he had to change something and it does not exist. She said it because she has no money and needs to eat what is available, so I assume, decided to purchase and pay for all. What things should I? I have no idea and would appreciate some help.
