How do I isolate parts of a picture to turn black and white with GNU Image Manipulator? - picture of parts of sailboat
I fashion fans and the people were all different parts of an image to get the color, then turn the rest black and white (like in the movie Sin City). I GNU Image Manipulator, but I have no idea how to turn the part, I would like to isolate, and the rest black and white. If anyone knows how to do that on GNU or other shareware (do editor or pre-installed on every Windows Vista is installed), you can give me a basic tutorial?
