Were in no particular order, these 10 elements are found at a house, I was thinking about buying. Some of them could also be used to find the house where I interest you.

1. Neighborhood Noise Level / traffic during the day, evening and night

2. The conditions for the roof (in search of relaxation)

3. Recommended cracks in the walls near the window May hidden damage or displacement of water around the windows.
